The
Story revolves around Dayashankar (played by Sunil Shetty) who has inherited
the debts of his departed father.
He has responsibilities of an old mother, an unmarried sister, a married
sister with in-law problems, etc. He realizes that the only answer to
his problems is by liquidating his father's palatial property which is
situated in the heart of Mumbai.
That would not only solve his mundane problems but also make him a rich
man….
So he arrives in Mumbai feeling elated and optimistic. But to his surprise
and shock the Family that occupies his Family Property is unwilling to
vacate what they believe is their Domain .
The House becomes the bone of contention between the family (depicted
by Mahima Choudhary, Usha Nadkarni, Radhika Menon, Master Adit ) and the
Persuasive landlord.
What follows is a series of confrontations resulting in humorous, witty
and romantic outbursts.
The storytelling is intervened with various colorful characters (played
by Paresh Rawal, Sanjay Narvekar, Saurabh Shukla, etc.) with vested interests
in the House Or the Heroine, thus adding to the canvas of the film.
The finale to this explosive entertainer witnesses eye-opening revelations
and an eyeful of emotions.
