Krishna Oberio has two other sons Dilip (Shakti Kapoor), and Ashish (Ranajung Bahadur), Dilip has a son Vickey (Mohnish Behl), always in an eberiated stste. Dilip and Ashish are married to Anju (Navneet Nishan), and Madhu (Supriya Karnik), respectively. They all gang up to take over Krishna Oberoi’s property which apparently would go to none other than Raj.

Their scheme starts from sidelining Raj by sending him off to Simla where Murrari belongs to and this two under the pretext that he would be socially harmful here. Raj goes off to Simla with Meena (Preeti Jhangiani), in his mind and heart. The girl who would swear by him through his thick and thin come what may. There after the gang gets rid of Krishna Oberoi. Raj also disappears in an avalanche in Simla and the entire property is taken over by the remaining and scheming kins of Krishna Oberoi.

But all this not before suddenly Banne Khan (Govinda), an exact look alike of Raj and pretending as Raj, appears on the scene with his nurse Salma (Raveena Tandon), and starts swindling the property and money.
The gang is aghast, they are torn to tumultons tortures.
