Jao” is a romantic comedy involving 4 main characters. It is a treatment
film with subtle humor – it is fun, youthful, and trendy. Love is fun. Love is life. Love is a dream. And love is a moment one can share for the rest of one’s life. Love is also true when you set it free and it comes back to you. The best of friends are always made in school. Popcorn Khao! is about three such friends. Rahul, Tanya, Sameer and Rahul’s fantasy Sonia. The film starts in college mapping the three friends’ lives. Their loves, their fantasies, their ambitions, their worst fears. And then races across to present day as we watch each one of their loves, fantasies and ambitions crash and occasionally touch the dizzy heights of success. Feel good cinema at its very best! |
