Raja (Imran Khan) is a photographer, who is the fast friend of honest and hardworking police officer Ashivini (Jugraj). To play a game of love with every new girl whom he meets and enjoying sexual assault with her is his hobby and continues to disobey the suggestion of his friend. Once he has to be arrested in relation with a girl named  Monica, where he quarrels with Jagga (Goga Kapoor) master of underworld who is asking his friend Ashwini. Then Jagga decides that he will create such a situation when Ashwini will own self arrest his friend Raja.

  Once a girl named Puja (Rachana) comes in life of  Raja and he begins to see a dream marriage with her, but unfortunately she dies in an accident.

  Ashwini comes in contact with a fraud girl named Bijali (Madhumati) and gradually he falls in love with her, In the meanwhile tension develops between Raja and his business opponent- Dhananjay  (Raza Murad) Then Dhananjay to plan with his colleague Anthony (Shiva) to blackmail Raja.  

  After the death of Puja, Raja succeeds to make love with a girl named Mala by playing drama of love she was murdered badly in swimming pool. Suspicion is not only Dhananjay, Jagga and a girl named Trishna – ex beloved of Raja, but name of Raja also included in the list of murderer and after that any girls who comes into the bedroom at Raja murdered.
