Synopsis -

Have you ever been alone in a house big enough to feel alone on a stormy night? Have you ever been scared alone inside a house, away from civilization, a house crowded with captured faces that stare out of the painting at you, metallic, sculpted, dead eyes watching every movement of yours.....? When nightmares look real and reality becomes a nightmare?

With all the compounded fear you call your folks to come home soon. To while away your time, you want to watch the T.V. and it informs you that there is a psychopathic killer at large. So you lock all doors, bolt all windows. Just when you're feeling safe, the doorbell rings and a man is there asking for someone who doesn't stay there. You try to ward him off but he refuses to leave you alone. He gets on your nerves till he gets into your house. He sings ghostly songs.

Fear, lets itself loose because you feel that the man who has come in, might be the one they were talking of on the T.V. and then...... there is someone else at the door....you think mother can't come home this soon and it is not her. All you have is a knife in hand and two srange men, one with a gun, one with "no one knows what?" Who is who? 'KAUN' is about that.

The film preys on your basic paranoid fear. Three minds in different states, unknown to each other, locked in a room with weapons and a disturbing information on the T.V. Who is who? This is exactly what one is trying to figure out before time runs out....

Urmila Matondkar plays the woman in the house, Manoj Bajpai the one who rings the doorbell and Sushant Kumar doesn't even have to ring it.
