SYNOPSIS

Four Rajasthani goons are chasing a pretty Rajasthani girl, Raksha (Ayesha Julka). Hiding herself behind her ghoonghat Raksha is trying to evade them on the streets of Mumbal, When she meets Vijay(lnder Kumar). Feeling sorry for her he brings Raksha to his house in Ekta Nagar.

There she meets Vijay's friend & roommates, Chotu(Omkaar), Tingu(king Kong), Film Manager(Harpal) Kiran kumar kakkad (Raj Devgan) & Pandit (Deepesh).They are amazed to see Raksha with Vijay. Raksha becomes their maid-servant & starts residing with them.

This shocks the women in Ekta Nagar Who cannot think how a girl can live alone with so many men. They oppose this & that's when Lalu Lal Langotia (Satish Kaushik) conveys a colony meeting. In this meeting he calls Raksha a whore & asks her to leave the colony immediately. This enrages Vijay & his friends who in a drunken stupor break many a things in the colony.

Raksha cleans up the pieces of glass off the street after them & this endears her to everyone in the colony & they ask her to stay back.. Vijay who has left home & come to the city to become a singer gets Raksha's encouragement. Time brings them closer to each other. Film Manager, Pandit, Kiran Kumar Kakkad & Chotu & Tingu along with Vijay start a mobile hotel with Raksha's help.

On one hand the hotel is a success, while in the other Vijay's singing career takes off. While everything is going smoothly arrives, Sher khan (Gulshan Grover), who enter Ekta Nagar like aStorm. Seeing Sherkhan, Raksha tries to run away. This makes Lalu Lal langotia feel suspicious. Raksha pleads, to sherkhan that he should not reveal the truth about her in the colony,or else she will get ruined. Sher khan goes away. But Lalu Lal Langotia starts spying on Raksha, so as to know the truth about Raksha and suddenly, same four Rajasthani goons who were looking for Raksha enter Ekta Nagar, and takes a house on rent from Chechi, who runs a telephone booth.

These goons call up Hukum Singh in Rajasthan from Chechi's telephone booth, and informs that the girl is in the city and they will get her. Ghis Pisani( Tikku Talsania) who runs the flour mill and (Shiva) Tiger of Bengal, who is a barber, both are in love with Chechi. Chechi's sister Baby (Nishi) is Baba's( Navdeep) beloved and how much Raksha is in love with Vijay , people of the colony comes to know when suddenly the lights in Ekta nagar goes off, and people seeing their love announces Vijay & Raksha's Marriage. Vijay opposes his marriage with Raksha.

Even Sherkhan also stop, Raksha from getting married, Meanwhile those four goons see Raksha' and their boss Hukumsingh, who was looking for Raksha, leaves Village and comes to City. Will Hukum Singh & his goons take away Raksha before, Vijay marries Raksha? Why Sher Khan opposses Raksha & Vijay's Marriage? What was Raksha's Fault? Who was Raksha? What was Raksha's intention? Answer to all these question is "Ghoonghat".
